Discovering/Rediscovering Jericho
As our friend Redsox continues to make his business case for Jericho, we can all be happy to know there’s plenty of places where we can once again re-live the kinship we felt with the Green family and the citizens of our favorite post-nuke town.
Those places also are providing a venue or two for fresh eyes who have become enamored of the series in its second (third?) life. Take this comment posted yesterday on Save Jericho Again in regard to Redsox’s latest plan of attack:

I’m new to the party in terms of just having seen Jericho for the first time in the past couple of weeks…a job where I worked at night prevented much television watching…but I happened on it a couple of weeks ago on CW and have been watching since….I’ve also watched all of the episodes on line (and rented the DVD from Blockbuster) because I can’t get enough!
In any case, I went from knowing nothing to a complete conversion, and I hope that this show will be given another chance! I’ve started doing what I can (letters and e-mails) because I think that Jericho is the best show that I have seen in years! Great plan, and, hopefully, it will work!
Thanks, EKG! That’s all we’ve been saying. Just watch it once, and you’ll be hooked.
Below you’ll find the latest message Redsox has crafted, with Rangers pushing it out to TV, various entertainment, and college boards around the world. Feel free to post where you can and where you see fit:
Jericho is an alternate future story of what happens when America is attacked, and the government crumbles. The people of the small town of Jericho must deal with the unthinkable and find a way to survive. Jericho details how people rise to the challenges around them, and in today’s world, their story is inspiring. CBS has put Jericho on YouTube – it’s the first CBS series to be released this way. Come check out this great series that was too good for commercial television, but is watched by millions worldwide via the Internet….and an alternative stations.

Thanks, Julie, for posting this. I hope any fellow Ranger that reads this and can help out will post this to as many sites as possible. It is up to us as individuals and fans to spread the word about Jericho.
It has in a way become the fans’ show, not the networks’, and it is up to us to let people know that the show is back on the CW on Sundays and on the Internet in many different forums.
As long as we keep talking and posting, word will spread, and many more people will have a chance to discover the best scripted drama on television.
