Hey RP! This one’s for you……
For someone who works so hard for his family, his business, his church, all of us, and Jericho, you don’t get much of a break, do you? Well, we’d like for that to change — if only a brief respite. And that’s what we’re offering you, Jason. Some rest and relaxation for a weekend with Mrs. RP in some place called Easton, where we’ve heard that you have spent a pleasant getaway weekend before. We figured that, for all you do for us, it’s time that we do for you.

I am totally blown away by people in this fandom. The way you all have come together on so many occasions for so many things is just unbelievable. And now to do it for me. Holy Crap! Someone is a good spy/investigator!
Words can’t express how I feel this morning as I read the comments, and see all that you did for me. While you totally didn’t have to do that, I absolutely appreciate it, and my family will so much enjoy your generosity.
If Jericho has taught me anything over the last year, it’s that individuals can make a difference. They can make a difference for the good, and, unfortunately, for the bad. Most of the time individuals in this fight have made differences for the good, and we’ve done the impossible.
We made a television network change its mind. I don’t think we fully understand the gravity of that. What’s more, they’re still committed to bringing the thing back again. I can’t share everything I’ve been told, but I can tell you that the possibilities are more real than you know.
The humbling part of this is that I’m just an individual like the rest of you. I’m no more special or deserving of such honors than any of the rest of you. I have some skills and talents that others don’t have, but I’m just doing my part like everyone else.
I want to say again that each and every one of us matter. From the posters committed to bumping important threads, to the silent contributors, to those who have organized campaigns — it took all of us together to do this. As one friend in the fandom and I recently discussed, I just do the sexy stuff (with the graphics and videos).
Without you, I’d have had no reason, or desire to keep this thing going. It’s about the community for me and so many others now, not just the show. There are days I’m driven mad by the goings-on here, but most of the time, I’m just so thankful to be a part of it.
So from the bottom of my heart, thank you for this. Thank you for everything you’ve done to support Jericho, but, specifically, thank you for supporting me and my little piece of this fandom. I’m humbled and honored by it.
Lastly… while I’ve got you ear (or is it eye?) I just want to encourage you to hang on to the best part of you online like you likely do offline. We are much bolder online, and often it’s easy to get sucked into negativity. I see really good people letting the worst of them overcome their online persona. We always have choices in what we say, especially with the written words. And even if we post in anger, there’s always the edit button when we’re cooled down.
If this fandom has you all stirred up, or to the place where you can’t sleep at night, go find someone outside the fandom and try to explain why you’re so upset. You might find that it all just sounds a little silly.
Remain hopeful! I believe Carol when she says things are in motion still. I’ve had other conversations that confirm that from other parties. Something is going to happen. Let’s stay committed together to making it so.

I am home today feeling not so hot, and Mr. RP said I should check out the site - there was a BIG surprise. What an understatement. You are all amazing! How incredibly generous and thoughtful.
I can’t express (in my hormonal state) with out getting choked up how much your thoughtfulness means. People don’t just do things like that. But apparently Jericho fans DO! We are so appreciative. Thank you for thinking of all of us.
Family getaway time is so precious and quite often hard to come by. We will make the most of it. I think we will just have to let Ethan run wild in Toys’R us and see what he can find. I have never met you, but watching everything you have done for Jericho and the fans speak for themselves. You are one of the never-ending Rangers who will give his last breath to whomever needs it.

Thanks, Jason, for all you have done. From the art work you have designed to the updates you have given us to keep up going when we start to get a little down. I came late to this online fandom, but I have been with Jericho since day one. Oh, I forgot to thank you for that unbelivable commercial!!!! Good luck with the new baby, and enjoy the getaway. Dont’ forget to give us all the important information, name, weight, all that stuff.

Hmmmm…..not sure if I know how to thank you properly for all you have contributed to the survival of JERICHO and to the RANGERS who love the show.
I will say JAKE’S TOWEL is my personal favorite, even
though my heart is with Johnston.

Saving Jericho again has become very important to many, and you have been instrumental in achieving that goal — not only saving Jericho, but changing the way networks count the number of viewers who tune in to watch their shows has become a major factor of this campaign for quality television.
