How many shows do you watch that you know the producers’ names? Probably not too many, and yet the majority of our people in this fandom know the names/faces of our producers, writers, and crew the way we do those with starring credits at the beginning of each episode.

One of the greatest things about the Jericho experience is the incredible interaction we have had with those who create the show. Dan Shotz has always been one of our greatest supporters, and he wanted to send us all a message about the campaign to save Jericho again.

Keep in mind as you read his words that Dan is up to his eyeballs in the development of Harper’s Island (a show we should give a chance). Here’s what he had to say:

The love and support for Jericho still amazes me every day. You guys have gone so above and beyond. I personally stood by the billboard on Ventura and stared up at it so proud. I watched Rubberpoultry’s perfectly designed commercial on the Discovery Channel, which is better than the actual content on the Discovery Channel. The blogs, the posts, the ads, the letters… thank you.

We miss making this show so much and are doing everything we can to bring it back.

Dan, as RP stated, there are probably not too many shows on the air where the viewers or the fans actually know the show’s producers, cast and crew, let alone interact with them.

Jericho is a top-notch quality show and is worth fighting for. We love every aspect of it, and we love the fact that you guys make the time to interact with us fans. Thank you so much.

Glad you enjoyed the commercial…yes, Rubber Poultry did an outstanding job and makes all the Jericho fans look better for all of his hard work. I hope you weren’t the only one watching the commercial, though.

I want more Jericho!!!!!!! And I don’t want to settle for a movie….I want many more seasons on a network run by people with brains that embrace their fans.

Dan, the whole crew of Jericho is what we are fighting for….wonderfully written and superbly acted quality shows like Jericho are so hard to come by any more with the age of “reality” and stupidity. I sincerely hope that we can get Jericho back on tv and soon…the dumbing down of Americans as well as the fans across the globe is getting scary! We need Jericho and it’s warmth and sincerity and humanity as soon as we can get it! I miss immensely! I am so very happy to see the continual communication between the fans and the producing people (ever so many) of Jericho.
I would be so pleased if they could meet again in July in SD, CA with the news of another season like last year…
I have finally gotten my son & his fiancee,, as well as 2 of my employees and their families, to join the Jericho family….but not while the show was on the air….
The show is so strongly done and so well done and so possibly prophetic.
